Do you wish you could have more friends or even just one friend? Do you wonder what your weekends would look like with friends? Well, so do I. Making friends can be exciting yet challenging. In your 20s, everyone is moving to new cities, starting new jobs, or going to school. You can make friends and build meaningful relationships with a positive mindset and effort. Here are some tips to start implementing in your life:


1. Pursue Your Interests: Engage in activities and hobbies that interest you. This can include joining clubs, sports teams, art classes, or volunteering for causes you care about. By participating in activities that align with your passions, you'll naturally meet like-minded individuals and increase your chances of forming meaningful connections.


2. Attend Social Events: Be open to attending social events and gatherings. Check out local community boards, online platforms, or social media groups for events happening in your area. Attend parties, meetups, workshops, or networking events to meet new people and expand your social circle. Many social events around you are free!


3. Be Approachable: Project an open and friendly demeanor when you're out and about. Smile, make eye contact, and be open to conversations with strangers. Approachability goes a long way in attracting potential friends. Additionally, actively listen to others and show genuine interest in getting to know them.
